The XSITE Team provides robust engineering services through objective and disciplined engineering applied to Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS) and DoD 5000 acquisition life-cycle efforts. We employ mature, proven and successful engineering processes developed as systems engineering and integration (SE&I) practitioners on a range of programs from large, multibillion dollar satellite development programs to agile, turnkey programs, Research and Development (R&D) efforts, and program specific systems engineering services task orders.

XSITE LLC’s technical expertise and lifecycle systems engineering competency was developed through decades of System Engineering and Integration experience on key DoD space systems such as Ultra High Frequency Follow on (UFO), Mobile User Objective System (MUOS), Global Positioning System (GPS), and multiple generations of National Security Space and Intelligence systems. Examples of our work include development & initial deployment of the Navy’s Information Dominance Enterprise Architecture for SPAWAR Engineering; development and management of the mission specification & interface control documents for a $1B+ ground-based C2 & TTC segment; creation of the framework for SPAWAR’s Information Technology & Information Assurance Technical Authority standup; development of the technical approach and management controls for the Navy’s Task Force Cyber Awakening & CYBERSAFE initiatives; and development and deployment of the Mobile User Objective performance model.

Vencore has demonstrated experience delivering high-quality services in all SeaPort-e functional areas. As a long standing Systems Engineering & Integration contractor for the IC, DoD and numerous other Federal Agencies, Vencore has delivered technical and programmatic services across the SE&I lifecycle. Vencore’s credentials include CMMI-DEV (Development) v1.3 Maturity Level 3 and Maturity Level 2; AS9100C (Quality Management Systems – Requirements for Aviation, Space and Defense Organizations); and accreditation for Federal Risk Authorization and Management Program (FedRAMP℠). Vencore is also a Third Party Assessment Organization (3PAO) for conducting security assessments for Cloud Service Providers (CSP) and is an EXIN and AXELOS Accredited Training Provider (ATP) and Accredited Examination Center (AEC) for ITIL® (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
